Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about league play, misreads, scoring, and prizes.
I had a misread while placing the ball on the mat — what do I do?

Misreads can happen, especially during putting when the sensor is extra sensitive.

Prevention tips

  • Avoid moving the ball forward when repositioning.
  • Place your foot over the ball to slide it gently, or pick it up and set it back down.
  • Give the sensor a second to reset before you address the ball.

If it happens

  1. Open Shot Options (bottom left).
  2. Select Rehit and replay the shot.
  3. After completing your round, go to the Leaderboard page and click Request Score Correction. Include the hole number, whether a drop was taken, and any additional details. Our team will review the request promptly, and you will be notified by email once the correction is completed.
How do we add multiple league players to a round?

From the Home Screen, sign in all players using their username and PIN.

Once the event appears, select Play Round.

When the Match Settings screen opens, click Players (located beside "Match Settings"), add the remaining league players, then click Play to start the round.

Can two people from different leagues play together (e.g., Men's & Women's)

Yes, both Men's/Open Flights and Ladies Flights can now play together. Just log in and assign all players — see "Add Multiple Players" for instructions on how to add multiple people to a round.

How are ties settled?

For weekly results, if two or more players finish with the same NET score, we break the tie using a hole-by-hole scorecard playoff, starting from the last hole and working backward until there's a winner.

If the tie remains after comparing all holes, the tie stands for that position.

For season or year-end standings, players with the same total points remain tied.

How are prizes handled?

Prizes are managed separately for each flight and are based on the number of players participating in that flight.

Weekly prizes

  • Positional prizes (finishing places) scale with flight size and are awarded per flight.
  • Positional winners may choose between an external gift card (to a vendor of their choice) or an Anytime Golf gift card for increased value.
  • CTP (Closest to the Pin) and Skins prizes are awarded as Anytime Golf gift cards.

All league registration fees contribute to the overall prize pool for the season, which supports weekly prizes as well as year-end prizing.

I won a prize — what do I do?

If you finish as one of the top weekly winners, you'll receive an email from us within 24 hours to notify you about your prize. You can then log into the League Dashboard and click Prize Details to select and claim your prize.

If you win a CTP or Skins prize, you'll receive an Anytime Golf gift card within 24 hours for the value of your winnings.

  • You can check all your prize claims and their status by logging into the dashboard and going to the My Prizes page.
How are weekly points calculated?

Weekly points are calculated within each flight and then combined on the main league leaderboard.

Each flight generates a weekly points total based on the number of players in that flight. Flights with more players generate a larger points total, while flights with fewer players generate a smaller total.

Points are awarded by NET finishing position using a curved distribution. Higher finishing positions receive more points, with values decreasing by position. The lowest finishing portion of each flight earns no points for the week.

This approach allows results from different flights to be compared together on the league-wide leaderboard.
